Great service, fast delivery and colour match is perfect

They didn’t help me

I purchased touch up paint for my S-Works Tarmac 8. The color looked good, but when I sanded the small area to be touched up, apply’d the primer, let it sit for around two hours, then applies four-thin layers of color separated by 1-2 hours between, I then waited until the next day to apply the clear coat, and found that color came off as I applied the supplied clear coat. I requested help via their “chat bot” (which is worthless because it just repeats what the directions already say). The chat bot then notified me someone would review my problem but NO ONE responded. No email, no nothing and it’s been over a week.
I would love to give this product five stars, but the company’s lack of contact details (ex: an email) and such a useless chat bot, and the fact no one contacted me to help fix the problem, I cannot force myself to give more than a single star. Sorry.

Customer service absolutely horrible! Paint match is way out, primer was dry, clear coat was dry. In fact the primer was cracked and leaked into the packaging. Never heard back from the company or its representatives.

Not a good experience

Took forever to arrive, no shipping tracking. The clear coat for a gloss bike paint finish that came with the touch up kit was Satin finish—complete useless. Overall waste of time and money.
