Only if you are planning to apply the paint with an air brush or paint gun (not included) do you have to order thinner to dilute the paint. For normal application, a brush cap bottle is included with the product, helping you to create invisible repairs.
If you’re in the US, don’t do it, it’s not worth it.
It took 2 weeks to receive the order. It’s overpriced. Communication with the vendor is slow and inefficient. Returning it will cost even more. Should have totally picked something up from anywhere else.
