Where do you ship your products?
We ship our products wherever bikes can be ridden - from Alaska to Australia. Shipping costs are applicable and will be added at checkout.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders are typically processed in a few business days and when they ship you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info. Actual delivery times are dependant on your national postal service:
Europe (ex UK): 1 - 2 weeks
United Kingdom: 2 - 4 weeks
North America: 2 - 4 weeks
Australia & New Zealand: 2 - 5 weeks
Which shipping courier do you use?
We ship our products using national postal services. That means the last portion of delivery is handled by your local postal service. You can track the status of your package with the tracking code provided in the confirmation email.
How difficult is the repair process?
Performing a high-quality repair requires no training or previous experience. It is as easy as applying nail polish. We have developed a step-by-step tutorial in 6 languages to guide you through the process and achieve the best possible repair.

Can I return my order?
